What are the shipping options and costs to the US? We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

All Gunpla kits are carefully packed to prevent damage. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your kits! Unopened and unbuilt model kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (subject to restocking fee in some cases). Opened or built kits are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
